What insurances do we accept?
Humana, United Healthcare, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, Aetna, Ohio Workers Comp, Ohio Auto Accidents, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Kentucky BWC, and Kentucky Accidents.
Do we accept workers compensation?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact we specialize in handling BWC claims. If you have a claim specific question please e-mail our BWC department directly EMAIL US, be sure to include your claim number so our BWC department may do a thorough investigation of the claim. If you do not know your claim number you will need to provide your social security number and date of injury.
What about auto accidents and personal injury?

I had an Epidural for my pain and it didn't last. So there is nothing you can do, right?
It is important to remember you may have multiple causes of your pain. After that procedure did you have any changes in your pain? Did your pain decrease? If you answered yes, there is more that can be done. You may have a facet problem, so an Epidural would not rid you of all of your pain. It may change it or lessen it. Total pain relief may require a completely different procedure.
Who is in charge of your BWC department?
Jeanette Bell handles all of our BWC claims as well as billing. Mrs. Bell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
